BoltonThis is Lou Lou, very good leghorn cockerel born on 5 October 2021. Very randy which is causing an issue with the other Cockerel and they are now starting to fight quite a lot. I did put him on freeads and Preloved but people kept asking if “that” was for sale or could they collect the “free stuff”. I couldn’t do it! I only want the best for him, he is very tame. He had been brought up indoors due to bird flu up to 2/3 weeks ago and still prefers to sleep on top of the coop in the conservatory (so he’s never slept outside in any of the coops). Loves his waddles stroked and tolerates me holding him like a baby and even trimming his nails. He is very protective over the hens but not aggressive towards me, kids or dog. I would be grateful if someone could adopt this young man and give him his own flock to look after as I hate seeing him fight with my other Roo (as Lou comes worse off). He will also understands when you call Lou Lou.

LincolnshireOur boy is called Henry or Henny. When we got him as a trio we had no idea he was a cockerel. We rehomed him from a friend who hatched some fertilised eggs. He is coming up to a year old and is very handsome and very loud!! Our reason for rehoming. We live on a military base and obviously have close neighbours. We have tried to manage the noise but it is getting very stressful for all and we feel it is unfair on Henry. It is very heartbreaking for us to have to do this as we have never given up on a pet. We would love Henry to have a good life somewhere that will love him as much as we do, take care of him and give his favourite treat of corn. He is in good health, a fine figure of a boy.
Contact: Julie Standeven 07572120826 23 June 2022 WidnesThis is Tom we have had him from a 2 day old chick. He's a 12 months old booted bantam. He's super friendly and a beautiful boy. He also has a quiet crow. Reason for rehousing is because due to covid we have been unable to rescue as many ladies as we need and my other boy is bullying him for the girls. This is a reluctant rehousing but it's in his best interest.
